We meet at Wharf Street in Paeroa, where we can look at the new purpose-built community jetty on the Ohinemuri River. We will then walk for about an hour on the Hauraki Rail trail cycleway into Historical Maritime Park to have a look through the gardens and Historical Maritime Museum. Bring your snacks and have a picnic in the park.

Bring suitable footwear to wander around the large park grounds. Explore the indoor and outdoor facilities.

We then Board Kiteawa cruise boat at 12.30pm returning back along the Ohinemuri and Waihou Rivers, finishing off at Wharf Street, Paeroa.

Restrictions: Please note the minimum bookings of 6 passengers are required and a maximum of 10 passengers to carry out this river boat cruise and walk.
