Start your morning with a little magic at Waihī Beach. This ECHO exclusive experience blends movement, mindfulness, and the ocean’s natural energy for the ultimate reset.
Ever thought about how you breathe when you walk? Most people don’t, and it’s the secret to more energy, better focus, and peace. Begin your journey with Mary Bell from Free to Breathe, a breath therapist who will guide you through gentle techniques that transform your daily stroll into moving meditation. Walk oceanside toward the main end as you learn to breathe with the rhythm of the waves.
Next, your small group will join Beach Pilates for a restorative stretch session in their beautiful seaside studio, before stepping into the warmth of The Sauna Project’s beachfront saunas. Rotate through 15-minute intervals of heat, ocean dips, and traditional aufguss ceremonies, followed by a refreshing swim and a grounding cacao ceremony.
You’ll finish with a peaceful walk back along the oceanfront to your car, feeling calm, clear, and reconnected with nature, your body, and yourself.
