Start Time: 9:30 am - Meet at the carpark on the Haiku Pathway, Katikati

Cost: No cost

The Haiku Pathway is the only such path in the Southern Hemisphere. This peaceful path wanders along the Uretara Stream, showcasing nature in the heart of town. Bird life is quite varied here, including Tui, Heron, Swallows, Duck and of course Pukeko.

Following the pathway west along the Uretara River towards the swing bridge heading down to the rivers bed (if not too muddy on the day).

Follow the guidance of the Shutterbugz Photography Group while they take you through this walk and offer insight and improvements to your photos.

There are 8 spaces only for this photo walk so be in quick!
