OPTION 1: Estuary to Whenuakura Island Tour
Meet at the end of Kotuku Street by the Otahu River boat ramp, paddling on kayaks through the river mouth into the ocean heading to Whenuakura Island and back to access 14 by Island view reserve. Our guide for the day from Surfsup NZ will walk the group back along the beach and the streets back to our boat ramp start location.
Total time: 2 - 3 hrs Cost: $50.
Minimum numbers: 4 Maximum numbers: 16
Medium level of fitness required.
In case of conditions are not suitable to ocean kayaking or entering Whenuakura Island we will go to OPTION 2.
**OPTION 2: Paddle and walk to Peninsula Look out **
Meet at Beach Rd reserve by the boat ramp, paddle on kayaks across to the Peninsula and walk the track to the Peninsula lookout. Total time: 2 - 3 hrs Cost: $50.
Minimum numbers: 4 Maximum numbers: 16
Medium level of fitness required.

PLEASE NOTE: Participants are responsible for their own safety equipment, food, water, clothing and vehicles.
