THURSDAY April 12.

Work up an appetite as you make your way along the new upgraded Rail Trail route along the historic walkway from Karangahake to emerge at the beautiful Owharoa Falls. From there it is a short walk up the hill to the Falls Retreat Bistro where a sumptuous dinner menu is available from their wood fired oven. Returning along the same path in the moonlight once darkness has fallen, will add a new dimension to the walk home. Torches optional. Money required for your meal.
