Walk in the footsteps of Captain Cook as you enjoy this historic area from the comfort of the ferry, then walk from beach to cliff-top and back again. Ride the ferry to Ferry Landing and walk up Purangi Rd to Front Beach, past Flaxmill Bay, and up to Shakespear Cliff. Stop for a picnic lunch then head off down past Lonely Bay to the Maramatotara Track, the Pa Site and back to Ferry Landing. Your guide is Lisa Jury
